In Fort Collins
The Site is 1.5 miles from the Central Business District and two miles west
of I-25 and is located north of Mulberry Street. Access is from Timberline
Road or International Blvd. Mulberry has on/off ramps to Interstate 25
and is a bypass route to Laramie Wyoming. The site is bounded by an older
industrial park on the south, a newer industrial park on the east, and
a new manufactured home community on the north. There are 150 acres of vacant land adjacent to this site.
