The site will contain a variety of housing products aimed at the senior and retirement market. This building and its plan illustrate the most affordable housing option is condominium living. By building commercial uses on the  ground level, a typical  building can support 50 units above the commercial in the 4  stories allowed by this zone district. This web page shows how the commercial uses such as supporting retail, recreation, and restaurants can be integrated into the retirement campus development.  These units will range in value from $175,000 to $250,000.

These are illustrations of the supporting commercial uses required by the e-zone district on the ground level. They are shown below in four categories: retail, food, amenities and recreation. These are all commercial condos that will either be sold or the Owners association may operate some of them for the benefit of the condo buyers. In this example a mini garden on the ground level also serves as a commons area with pond, elevators, trees and shrubs.
