Illustration of a self contained "Village"
This is an illustration of how the e-zoning can be used for a variety of
development products. Until we have a development partner and process a plan
through the city, we will not have an official "Master Plan" but rather studies
of what the employment will allow. We have two economic generators that we want
to illustrate with these studies. The first is a retirement campus (in green)
aimed at the "Baby Boomer" Generation of 77 million people just now beginning to
retire. The Baby Boomer situation will impact every town in America.
The second economic generator is an R&D Village (in orange) that brings
in new jobs to the area for office, industrial, medical spaces. It also has
supporting retail, medical, civic and maybe some entertainment uses.
