This is an Office Park of 160 acres sitting on the west side of the highway between Loveland and Fort Collins, Colorado. My role was to master plan it and package the economic feasibility for an investment group of owners from Calgary. I put in the entry, first streets and utliities so marketing could begin. I designed it as a Technology park to use the momentum of the Fort Collins market. A brochure below explains the concept of development.
