Banker Bungalows

This product type is aimed at Bankers and Venture Capitalists who supply the funding to commercialize the ideas and products from the R&D Center. These may look like residential units as shown below or more like offices. Each unit will contain at least a field office and lodging above is encouraged to house the staff rotating thru the facility from the capital company. This is to be thought of as a place for capital to learn about new opportunities and to train the staff. The owners of these units will collectively sponsor workshops, seminars and conferences with the R&D population to learn of the research and assist in it's development. By congregating the capital in one spot, those seeking capital will have a single place to go to shop for partners.  These home offices will be priced in the range of $300,000.
