This Assisted Living section is an illustration of the zoning requirement for three product types in the residential area. This study shows about 300 units can be accommodated either as condos or as rentals. each building has its own station and gardens. This illustration shows the station is connected to the main entry by a concourse.

They could share a restaurant, beauty shop, recreation, exercise, medical and parking area or they could each have their own separate facilities as shown here.
