R&D Center

This is a massing study in progress to illustrate how mixed-use development can occur in the four blocks fronting the traffic circle.  The traffic circle will be for both the Parkway and the Skyway and contain a massive water pond, fountain and tank.  Indentations of each block are to accommodate the Skyway's stations and the alleys in each block are pedestrian concourses for store fronts and parking garages.
